Swasti Impact Consulting is a social impact consulting firm working across agri-food systems, education and skills, climate-smart agriculture, financial inclusion, trade and promotion, and monitoring and evaluation. We exist because the development challenges we work on rarely have single-sector solutions — they need policy, on-ground practice, and investment to move together, not in isolation.
We’ve spent over a decade in international development, working alongside governments, multilateral agencies, foundations, and private enterprises across South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and other emerging markets. That cross-regional experience shapes how we work — we’ve seen similar challenges play out differently depending on context, and we design accordingly rather than applying a single template everywhere.
Our approach rests on three things: evidence, tools, and field presence. We ground every strategy in rigorous analysis, use practical tools that make findings usable rather than academic, and validate our thinking directly with the people and institutions who’ll implement it.
